Join a tax accounting and accounting services team supporting leading public and private companies. The role combines tax accounting, financial reporting, complex accounting matters, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support tax accounting processes, including current and deferred tax provisions and tax disclosures under international and US accounting standards.
- Address complex tax accounting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, share-based payments, and new legislation.
- Support companies through public offering processes.
- Improve, streamline, and implement tax accounting processes.
- Prepare financial statements and work with external auditors.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant with at least three years of Big Four experience.
- Full proficiency in Excel.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Strong independent learning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in taxation or accounting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Management experience.
