Join a rapidly growing underground mapping technology company in a hands-on accounting and financial reporting role. Own core close, reporting, compliance, and accounting processes while helping build scalable finance operations. This role does not initially include FP&A ownership or people管理.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounting for internally manufactured operational assets, including inventory-to-fixed-asset conversion, cost allocation, and depreciation.
- Perform variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to questions.
- Support global tax compliance and tax return preparation.
- Assist with accounting standard implementations and finance system upgrades or changes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of accounting experience, including internship experience.
- Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
