Lead accounting operations, monthly close and consolidation, statutory reporting, and payroll for a global connectivity provider. Partner with FP&A and operational teams and report to the CFO. Hybrid work in Petah Tikva.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close, consolidation, and balance sheet analysis
- Lead preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, tax returns, and statutory filings
- Oversee subsidiary accounting and ensure consistent processes and compliance with group policies
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accruals, and reconciliations
- Review and approve payments and payroll
- Maintain the ERP system and oversee daily financial operations
- Manage and mentor accounting and payroll team members
- Partner with FP&A and operational teams on financial analysis and business needs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller after an internship
- Experience working in a global company
- Strong knowledge of consolidated financial reporting and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Experience managing accounting and payroll teams
- Fluent written and spoken English
