A global additive manufacturing company is seeking a Controller in Rehovot, Israel, to oversee consolidation, financial reporting, accounting controls, and coordination with subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Support the consolidation process and lead related activities.
- Review quarterly and year-end closing processes for subsidiaries.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including Forms 6-K and 20-F.
- Prepare financial analysis for quarterly and annual reports.
- Work with group subsidiaries and provide finance support and guidance.
- Coordinate between operational and professional finance teams across the organization.
- Assist with implementing new accounting standards.
- Oversee accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Handle ad hoc finance tasks and projects.
Requirements
- CPA qualification from a Big Four accounting firm.
- At least 3 years of audit experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a public company or a public-company subsidiary.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports and statements.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
