Accountant, Capital and Credit Loss Management
Join a finance team responsible for capital management and credit loss analysis. The role combines financial modeling, regulatory and accounting implementation, and reporting to company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Run, improve, and maintain CECL models for calculating credit loss provisions, and analyze results in relation to business data.
- Calculate capital ratios under regulatory requirements and assess how business activity affects them.
- Prepare capital calculations and stress scenario simulations.
- Implement new regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Prepare financial materials and insights for recurring management and board reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, primarily in finance, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Academic degree in accounting or a certified public accountant license.
- At least two years of experience in an accounting or economics role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
