Coordinate childcare and family activities at a resort, creating safe, enjoyable experiences for children aged 4 to 17 in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, build confidence, and care for children aged 4 to 17
- Supervise children during sports, creative, and resort activities
- Organize and lead games, workshops, fairs, and shows
- Ensure children's safety in the childcare facility and while moving around the resort
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Maintain the resort's property
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills for working with children
- Creativity and enthusiasm for games, sports, shows, and discovery activities
- A responsible approach to child supervision and safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
