Join a systems software team developing Linux kernel drivers and user-space libraries for high-performance networking that supports large-scale AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Linux kernel RDMA/EFA drivers and user-space provider libraries
- Collaborate with hardware designers to enable capabilities in custom silicon
- Contribute to the upstream Linux kernel RDMA subsystem and related open-source projects
- Architect networking features such as GPU-direct RDMA, adaptive routing, collective offloads, and multipath transport
- Build monitoring and automation tools for driver functionality, reliability, and performance testing
- Manage the software lifecycle from hardware bring-up and feature enablement through testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- At least three years of professional, non-internship software development experience with C or C++
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design of reliable, scalable software systems
Nice to have
- At least three years of full software development lifecycle experience, including code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations
- Experience debugging and profiling large-scale systems
- Experience writing low-level drivers
- Knowledge of DMA, PCIe, or hardware/software co-design
- Open-source contributions or upstream Linux kernel experience
