Lead the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of systems software for machine learning accelerator servers, from first-silicon validation through fleet-scale production operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of hardware validation and diagnostic software for machine learning acceleration platforms.
- Direct PCIe validation, power and thermal diagnostics, and stress-testing frameworks across manufacturing, qualification, and production environments.
- Own software subsystems through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and fleet-scale operational excellence.
- Coordinate software packages with hardware, manufacturing, and cloud infrastructure teams for qualification and deployment.
- Debug and resolve complex hardware-software interaction failures in first-silicon and production systems.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems for fleet health and performance benchmarking.
- Mentor engineers, establish engineering practices, lead design reviews, and manage multiple development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware bring-up, ASIC or FPGA validation, or manufacturing test development.
- Proficiency in Python or Lua for test automation and data analysis.
- Experience building data pipelines, ETL systems, or fleet-scale monitoring and dashboards.
- Experience with PCIe or high-speed interconnect validation and debugging.
- Cross-team technical influence and delivery through others.
- Project management experience leading multiple research and development initiatives in parallel.
