A cybersecurity company is seeking a customer-facing Solution Architect to design enterprise AI security deployments and connect customer needs with Product, R&D, and Sales. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on architecture across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
- Design end-to-end architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
- Translate AI security and governance needs into scalable implementations
- Support pre-sales technical validation and proof-of-value engagements
- Partner with Product and R&D to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
- Coordinate handover from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing optimization
- Architect integrations across AI systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, model layers, and runtime environments
- Define secure AI adoption, governance, and observability practices
- Advise customers on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and scalability
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CISOs, security teams, and AI leaders
- Support complex technical escalations and architectural challenges
- Track developments in AI security, cloud architecture, and enterprise security frameworks
Requirements
- Hands-on background in architecture or engineering
- At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, such as application security, cloud security, or AI security
- Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and enterprise architectures
- Experience designing or implementing complex enterprise technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or strategic technical advisory work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, LLM systems, model pipelines, or generative AI applications
- Cybersecurity product management experience with a transition toward technical architecture
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and enterprise security standards
