Lead the architecture and development of advanced networking technologies for AI workloads and modern data centers.
Responsibilities
- Enhance GPU networking solutions for AI workloads.
- Research transport functions and communication semantics that optimize AI workloads.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, innovations, and partner relationships against technology and business goals.
- Lead architecture and design for advanced data-center technologies.
- Lead proof-of-concept development and technology evaluation.
- Contribute to solutions involving distributed AI, deep learning, data analytics, high-performance computing, software-defined networking, virtualization, and storage.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of industry experience in systems architecture or a related field.
- Experience with virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Experience with Windows or Linux drivers and strong knowledge of the other operating system.
- Deep understanding of performance profiling, optimization, and hardware offload techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multinational, multi-time-zone teams.
Nice to have
- Research track record.
- Experience with CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and networking architecture.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and AI communication libraries such as NCCL, UCX, and MPI.
- Excellent communication skills.
