Lead and develop an SDK verification team while remaining hands-on with automation, infrastructure, networking, and release quality in a hardware and software environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of verification engineers
- Promote quality, automation, and scalable verification practices
- Oversee APIs, tools, libraries, and operating-system verification infrastructure
- Improve automation workflows for fast and reliable SDK releases
- Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, DevOps, software, SDK design, and architecture teams
- Guide design reviews and architecture discussions
- Define verification methodologies and best practices
- Remain hands-on in technical verification work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of software development or verification experience
- At least 3 years of technical leadership or management experience
- Strong Python and C/C++ skills
- Experience with large-scale verification or automation frameworks
- Strong L2/L3 networking knowledge
- Solid Linux experience
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, and Docker
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
Nice to have
- Experience managing verification teams in hardware/software environments
- Background in scalable or distributed systems
- Experience with multi-node testing or performance validation
- Strong debugging skills, particularly for concurrency issues
- Deep understanding of networking and system architecture
