Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for complex systems using a Java-based framework
- Build and maintain automation infrastructure, frameworks, reusable libraries, tools, dashboards, and templates
- Improve test reliability, scalability, execution speed, coverage, and feedback cycles
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions into test automation workflows
- Enable engineers and developers through reusable components, CI/CD integrations, and best practices
- Translate automation data into actionable insights
- Identify automation gaps and develop solutions to improve efficiency and stability
- Collaborate with development, product, and automation teams to support high-quality delivery and unified standards
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in test automation for complex, multi-layered systems
- Strong object-oriented programming and design skills in Java or C#
- Experience with load and performance testing using JMeter, K6, or Gatling
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of Layer 3–7 network protocols
- Experience with automation architecture, CI/CD integration, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based execution infrastructure
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks and test environments
- Ownership mindset and strong communication skills for mentoring engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-based tools for test generation, failure analysis, or test optimization
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, Okta, or Azure AD
