Join a networking systems engineering team developing and maintaining automated production tests for hardware and software products. The role covers test design, integration validation, debugging, optimization, and production support across cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated tests for networking switches and adapters
  • Define and implement tests from development through final network-system testing
  • Work with hardware, ASIC, and software engineering teams to achieve reliable, high-coverage testing
  • Use test suites to identify, debug, and resolve production-process issues
  • Perform hardware and software test verification and validation
  • Troubleshoot, streamline, and optimize testing procedures
  • Support existing code, production deployments, patches, and maintenance
  • Drive projects through execution in a multi-project, schedule-driven environment

Requirements

  • BSc, MSc, or equivalent engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development and design
  • At least 4 years of experience with Python or a similar platform
  • Excellent knowledge of version control, preferably Git
  • Experience with Linux-based development
  • Experience integrating software and hardware products
  • Strong debugging, programming, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with product manufacturing flows and processes
  • Experience with application development, configuration management, and automation
  • Experience developing tools and services
  • Performance analysis and advanced test design skills
  • Strong leadership in driving projects through mass production
