Senior Quality Manager responsible for ensuring quality across development, testing, production, and customer support for defense and space projects. Involves design reviews, quality requirements definition, supplier management, and customer liaison.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior partner in the project team, responsible for all quality aspects during development, testing, production, supply, and customer support for projects including launchers, ground support systems, and automotive platforms.
- Participate in design reviews, define quality requirements at different project levels, and monitor their implementation.
- Involved in design verification and capability proof processes for the systems.
- Lead quality activities in production and integration processes at the company and at subcontractors.
- Act as point of contact with customer quality management and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or exact sciences - mandatory.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a quality manager or quality engineer - mandatory.
- Experience working with customers and subcontractors in Israel and/or abroad - mandatory.
- Very good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) - mandatory.
- Willingness to travel abroad several times a year - mandatory.
