An aerospace and defense manufacturer is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop airborne and ground-based defense systems and equipment installations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design airborne and ground-based defense systems
- Design installations for airborne and ground equipment systems
- Perform structural analyses
- Support all stages of production
- Plan and conduct engineering tests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design
- Experience designing equipment enclosures
- Experience working with SolidWorks
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
