Develop pyrotechnic products and systems from initial specification through design, testing, production transfer, and delivery to customers in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Specify pyrotechnic products according to systems engineering requirements
- Design products while considering technical, system-level, and cost factors
- Create detailed and assembly drawings
- Support product assembly on the production line
- Support and conduct product testing
- Analyze test results and update designs as needed
- Contribute to technical documentation required for transition from development to serial production
Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree
- At least 3 years of experience in product development
- Proven experience taking products from specification through proof of concept to customer delivery
- Proficiency creating detailed and assembly models in SolidWorks
- Proficiency producing detailed and assembly drawings, including tolerance definition
Nice to have
- Experience developing pyrotechnic products
- Experience developing products for the defense industry
- Knowledge of military standards
