Full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role in Acre, Israel, focused on mechanical design, new product implementation, production support, and engineering improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage new product implementation from requirements definition through serial production.
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems from concept through validation.
- Create and review CAD models and perform technical calculations.
- Prepare and maintain technical files, assembly instructions, bills of materials, and other production documentation.
- Resolve engineering issues and failures during manufacturing and assembly.
- Lead Engineering Change Order processes and update technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality assurance, and other internal teams.
- Support production processes and identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or an equivalent.
- Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings and standards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Technical English.
- Analytical problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience in NPI, engineering development, and transition to production.
- Familiarity with the Priority ERP system.
