Lead technical development of track systems for large-scale high-speed rail infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, reliability, maintainability, and standards compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of track engineering solutions.
- Define track standards, materials, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate interfaces with structures, stations, and railway systems.
- Support noise and vibration mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with railway standards and lifecycle objectives.
- Manage technical risks and contribute to project execution planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, railway, or structural engineering.
- At least 10 years of track engineering experience, including high-speed rail.
- Expertise in ballast and slab track systems.
- Knowledge of railway standards and track maintenance principles.
- Ability to manage technical aspects of large-scale, high-value projects.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, coordination, and technical risk-management skills.
- Experience with strategic planning and risk mitigation for complex engineering challenges.
