Responsibilities
- Manage new product introduction from design through commercialization
- Coordinate design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product launches
- Lead design-for-manufacturability reviews and provide design feedback
- Oversee prototype development and testing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in new product introduction or a related field
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
