Seeking a systems engineer to lead the development of MEMS-based sensors, including system design, integration, testing, requirements management, technical documentation, and prototype support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and test MEMS-based sensors.
- Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage technical requirements and standards.
- Define assemblies and development experiments.
- Support prototype design and manufacturing.
- Prepare design documents, technical specifications, test procedures, and standards reports.
- Analyze defects, propose improvements, monitor MEMS technology developments, and apply best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Previous development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams across mechanics, electronics, physics, and materials.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in systems engineering or physics.
- Experience developing MEMS systems.
- Experience with COMSOL, ANSYS, or MATLAB/Simulink simulation tools.
