Lead the engineering development process for multisensor tactical defense systems integrating hardware and software. Own system requirements, technical reviews, integration, testing, delivery, and customer installation activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering development process for integrated multisensor systems
- Own technical responsibility from design reviews and technical definitions through integration, testing, delivery, and customer installation
- Manage system and subsystem technical requirements
- Lead development reviews with domestic and international customers
- Manage technical risks within the project
- Plan and conduct development and customer tests and analyze results
- Define and manage project engineering knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience developing engineering systems
- Experience working across hardware and software disciplines
- Experience writing system definition documents and leading design reviews
- Strong English skills
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in systems engineering
- Experience in systems integration or systems-of-systems engineering
