Systems Engineer responsible for developing and integrating advanced helmet-mounted systems for pilots and ground forces. The role covers system architecture, requirements, testing, and operational implementation at a Haifa site.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, integration, and implementation of advanced helmet-mounted systems
- Define system requirements and conduct engineering analysis
- Design system architecture and adapt technological solutions
- Manage system integration and end-to-end testing
- Support production transfer and operational implementation
- Coordinate with development teams, customers, and suppliers in Israel and abroad
- Provide technical leadership for complex multidisciplinary projects
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering
- High-level English
- Strong systems thinking and self-learning ability
- Ability to collaborate, motivate others, and manage multiple tasks
Nice to have
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering
- Experience developing multidisciplinary systems
- Experience with system testing, production transfer, or implementation
- Experience with airborne or military systems
- Experience leading technical teams
