Responsible for leading the development lifecycle of electronic intelligence (ELINT) systems, including requirements analysis, system characterization, integration oversight, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires BSc in relevant engineering field, 3+ years of integration experience, and willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead system development from proposal to delivery
- Analyze customer requirements and define system specifications
- Oversee integration and testing in lab and at customer sites
- Work on a variety of ELINT systems across naval, ground, and airborne platforms
Requirements
- BSc in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in integration, system integration, or hardware/RT embedded development
- High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Willingness to work overtime and travel abroad 3-4 times per year
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, self-learning ability, and excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- MSc in Systems Engineering
- Experience from elite technological military units as a technician/practical engineer
- Background in algorithm development and MATLAB
