Join a multidisciplinary team developing and integrating command-and-control systems for advanced armored vehicles. Lead system processes from planning through delivery and deployment while coordinating engineering, development, testing, and technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Specify, integrate, and lead development of multidisciplinary systems from planning through delivery.
- Manage interfaces with engineering, development, and testing teams throughout the system lifecycle.
- Provide matrix leadership to development teams and coordinate with technology and business partners.
- Lead solutions from initial concept through implementation and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Strong self-learning and rapid technology adaptation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and interfaces.
Nice to have
- Command or operational background in armored formations, at company commander deputy level or above.
- Experience leading technical activities and applying systems thinking across multiple stakeholders.
