Mechanical engineer responsible for designing fuse systems, preparing manufacturing drawings and development documentation, performing strength analyses, and supporting internal and system-level testing in Yavne.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design mechanical components and systems for fuse applications
- Prepare manufacturing drawings
- Write development documentation in Hebrew and English
- Perform strength analyses and engineering calculations
- Participate in internal and system-level testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- At least five years of mechanical design experience
- Ability to write development documentation in Hebrew and English
- Experience with drafting and mechanical design software
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- Ability to perform physical work during testing activities
Nice to have
- Experience designing electronic enclosures for shock and vibration environments
- Experience designing mechanisms
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
- Experience performing static and dynamic analyses
