Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Physics, Materials, or Electro-Optics.
- Deep theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on implementation.
- 5+ years industrial experience in advanced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to independently lead projects and experiments.
- Experience in defining innovative equipment and processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing process development in optics.
