Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Plan and manage electronic and electromechanical product lines, supporting NPI, production assembly, testing, advanced soldering, failure analysis, and local and international subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Participate in new product introduction processes
- Support and guide electronic and electromechanical assembly production lines
- Establish product lines from circuit and module assembly through complete system integration and electrical testing
- Coordinate with project and plant management
- Work with subcontractors in Israel and abroad
- Plan and manage automated production lines for integrated systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 5 years of experience in electronic and electromechanical manufacturing processes
- Experience with SMT, soldering, coatings, bonding, electromechanical assembly, and electrical testing
- Proven experience in failure analysis
- In-depth knowledge of advanced PCB soldering technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 Class 3 or military standards
- Experience establishing automated production lines
