Senior High-Performance System Architect
Own end-to-end architecture for next-generation high-performance compute systems, spanning hardware, software, firmware, networking, and AI/HPC deployments.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end system architecture from internal and customer requirements through pre-silicon, post-silicon, and deployment lifecycles
- Research solutions for large-scale, high-performance computing clusters
- Address architecture across algorithms, software, firmware, and hardware layers
- Collaborate with architecture, logic design, system software, firmware, and research teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of industry or research experience in computer networks
- Strong understanding of large-scale network behavior under distributed computing workloads
- Experience building simulation models, analyzing results, and developing optimization algorithms
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, collaboration, and managerial skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and partner across multiple technical groups
Nice to have
- Knowledge of InfiniBand, IP, TCP, RoCE, and network topologies
- Python and C++ experience
- Familiarity with HPC environments, routing algorithms, OMNeT++, and NS-3
