Lead the development and transfer of post-silicon characterization and validation methodologies for next-generation semiconductor products. Coordinate with test engineering, yield, NPI, firmware, and international engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define electrical, functional, and performance characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring-up and production testing
- Plan methodology, tooling, flows, and coverage requirements before tape-out and first silicon
- Translate product requirements and silicon behavior into characterization plans with coverage targets, risk areas, and data collection strategies
- Lead methodology transfer into execution and coordinate tooling, methods, and engineering resources for handoff
- Identify and resolve methodology gaps through cross-functional collaboration
- Synchronize characterization activities across Israel- and US-based teams
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of experience in IC silicon characterization, validation, product engineering, test engineering, or system integration
- Strong analytical, leadership, self-management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to provide technical leadership
Nice to have
- Programming and data analysis experience
- Knowledge of BE procedures, power terminology, and measurement methods
- Experience in power management characterization
- Reliability and validation engineering experience
