Join a networking hardware team developing high-performance connectivity solutions for next-generation GPU servers. Lead switch system design from concept through mass production and serve as the technical focal point across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead switch system design from concept through mass production
- Define product specifications, electrical schematics, and component selections
- Collaborate across board design, mechanics, thermal, PCB layout, production, software, firmware, and RTL disciplines
- Provide layout guidance and conduct hands-on laboratory testing
- Support production and qualification processes
- Act as the technical decision-maker and project focal point
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of board design experience in complex hardware projects
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Hands-on laboratory skills
- Knowledge of multilayer PCB design
- Experience with high-current power delivery design
- Comprehensive understanding of CPLD/FPGA RTL implementations
- Project management skills, independence, and strong interpersonal abilities
Nice to have
- Experience designing data-center switches for high-volume manufacturing
- High-speed design experience at 25 Gb/s or above
- Hardware team leadership experience
- Knowledge of advanced PCB technologies
- Experience leading customer discussions and translating product requirements
