Join a hardware board design team developing next-generation networking devices for AI infrastructure. Own board design from architecture and specifications through PCB bring-up, characterization, debugging, and mass production.
Responsibilities
- Develop silicon and board architecture for AI infrastructure networking devices
- Define product specifications, create electrical schematics, and guide component selection
- Collaborate with mechanics, thermal, PCB layout, software, and RTL teams
- Conduct laboratory testing and lead PCB bring-up, characterization, and debugging
- Guide board design from concept through mass production
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in hardware or board design engineering
- Experience executing complex hardware projects
- Experience with high-speed and multilayer PCB design
- Hands-on experience with measurements, characterization, laboratory equipment, PCB bring-up, and systematic debugging

- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Strong project management abilities
- System-oriented, self-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills
