Senior Engine Control Accessories Test Technician

A full-time, on-site role in Lod, Israel, testing and troubleshooting engine-control accessories for civil and military engines. The position includes serviceability approval, test-equipment upgrades, capability development, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tests and run-ups for engine-control accessories used in fuel, air, and oil systems.
- Perform testing of different engine-control accessories using dedicated test stands.
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults on accessory-specific test equipment.
- Approve accessory serviceability before release for engine assembly.
- Work according to manufacturer documentation and technical literature.
- Develop new capabilities for different products, upgrade test stands, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Mandatory vocational high-school education in mechanics, or technician/practical engineer training in mechanics.
- Experience testing fuel, air, and oil engine-control accessories is relevant.
- Professionalism, accountability, independent work, initiative, and creative problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Israeli Air Force as an accessories test technician, accessories overhaul technician, aircraft or engine run-up technician, or engine mechanic.
