An established semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Chip Design Verification Engineer for its networking silicon engineering team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role focuses on verifying high-speed communication chips and collaborating with design, architecture, microarchitecture, and firmware teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design verification units and blocks from architecture and microarchitecture specifications
- Verify front-end designs for switch silicon, GPUs, and host channel adapters
- Address power, area, and performance constraints during verification planning
- Collaborate with architecture, microarchitecture, firmware, design, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of RTL verification experience; highly qualified less-experienced engineers may also be considered
- Strong academic performance or equivalent technical capability
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Experience with full-chip or cluster-level verification
- Knowledge of Specman and Verilog
- Networking knowledge
