Responsibilities
- Define and develop analog and digital test modules for wafer-level and final production testing
- Convert design specifications and datasheets into ATE test definitions
- Code, debug, validate, and characterize ATE test modules
- Prepare feedback reports and support mass-production ramp-up
- Define and design ATE hardware, including load boards and probe cards
- Optimize high-speed SerDes testing and evaluate component specifications against performance
- Work independently with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- At least 5 years of ATE test development experience or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Advantest or Teradyne testers
- Experience with pre-silicon DFT production definition, pattern generation, conversion, and virtual testing
- Experience with post-silicon test-program characterization and qualification
- Ability to collaborate with VLSI, backend, hardware, quality and reliability teams, vendors, and partners
- Ability to travel to vendor sites in Israel and internationally
Nice to have
- Experience with design for test and high-speed SerDes IP testability
