Lead chip design methodologies and technical direction across ASIC development teams in Tel Aviv and Yokneam. The role focuses on shared design solutions, flow automation, AI-based tools, and organization-wide engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define technical vision for ASIC design methodologies, microarchitecture, and development flows
- Evaluate, develop, and integrate AI-based tools and flows across design teams
- Architect shared design code and solutions for broad team adoption
- Collaborate with chip design stakeholders to identify problems and develop methodologies
- Evaluate EDA tools with vendors and lead their integration
- Provide design guidance, mentoring, and training on best practices
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and align technical roadmaps across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of hands-on pre-silicon design experience
- Proven technical leadership and experience driving cross-team initiatives
- Strong ability to mentor and influence senior engineers
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-based development tools
- Broad system-level understanding of chip design flows
- Experience with CDC and power-saving techniques, including clock gating and power gating
