An engineering and systems organization in Ashdod is seeking a PCB Layout Engineer to design complex circuit boards and support development through production transfer.
Responsibilities
- Perform layout of technologically complex circuit boards.
- Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and circuit assembly teams.
- Support development engineers through product transfer to manufacturing.
- Prepare manufacturing packages and relevant production files.
- Meet short deadlines while maintaining organized, accurate work.
Requirements
- Electronics engineering degree or practical engineering diploma.
- At least 3 years of professional PCB layout experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of Expedition/Mentor, Altium, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Experience designing Power Supply, analog, digital, high-speed, or RF circuit boards.
- Good working proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience with multilayer circuit boards and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of electronic component definition and component libraries.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA checks before production.
- Experience preparing manufacturing files and production documentation.
- Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB layout.
