A manufacturing team in Ramat HaSharon is seeking a full-time technician to operate and maintain process machinery used to manufacture pyrotechnic products. The role includes machine setup, process monitoring, troubleshooting, data recording, and handling hazardous materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate a process machine for pyrotechnic manufacturing
- Perform preventive maintenance, machine control, and monitoring
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document malfunctions and issues
- Record production data and supervise process performance
- Adapt the machine for different production processes
- Perform machine setup, loading, unloading, and cleaning
- Handle hazardous pyrotechnic materials in accordance with workplace procedures
Requirements
- Practical engineering diploma in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of industrial controllers
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems in real time
- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime
Nice to have
- Experience with mechanical work processes and maintenance on production lines
- Experience working with production, operations, or production planning departments
- Proven familiarity with ERP systems
