Lead a team transferring DFT technologies to post-silicon for switches, NICs, and SoCs. Define characterization and validation techniques, manage methodology, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring-up and production test.
- Lead methodology planning for future products and serve as synchronization point between teams.
- Drive alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements ahead of tape-out and first silicon.
- Translate product requirements into structured characterization plans.
- Lead methodology transfer into execution and manage team managers.
- Identify methodology gaps and resolve through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience with DFT, IC silicon validation, product engineering, or test engineering
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Deep hands-on engineering background
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in developing verification environments and random based verification
- Experience with Specman/UVM
- Good understanding of RTL design (Verilog)
- Product Engineering experience
