Seeking a Linux Kernel expert to architect PCIe-based OS solutions for multi-SoC systems in autonomous driving. Responsibilities include research, design, implementation, performance optimization, and mentoring. Requires 7+ years in Linux kernel, deep PCIe knowledge, and hardware architecture understanding.
Responsibilities
- Research and define Linux-based software solutions for PCIe connectivity
- Design and implement the communication stack for multi-SoC systems
- Collaborate with SoC architecture teams on hardware-software co-design
- Conduct performance analysis, feasibility studies, and optimizations
- Mentor and guide Linux kernel development engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 7+ years in Linux kernel architecture and OS internals
- Deep understanding of PCIe standard and applications
- Strong HW architecture and high-bandwidth application knowledge
- Experience in performance analysis and debugging
Nice to have
- Experience with HW architectures like MIPS & RISCV
- User space experience
