Junior Electromechanical Assembler
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical systems, prototypes, and test equipment for defense product development. Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and factory operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical systems and ground platforms
- Assemble prototypes and experimental tools in collaboration with engineering and R&D teams
- Assemble products involving hazardous materials according to factory requirements
- Conduct internal tests to verify design performance against engineering requirements
- Support the transition of assigned products from development to production
- Manage inventory according to safety and quality procedures
- Transmit computerized material issue instructions
- Assist with infrastructure and factory maintenance
- Transport goods using a commercial truck
- Work closely with design engineers and project managers
Requirements
- At least 12 years of education
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Forklift license
- Experience operating and using an ERP system
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work, including occasional irregular hours
- Class C truck driving license is an advantage
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
