Responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing lab tests to validate consumer products and components. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, reliability, and performance before production release.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute laboratory testing and validation activities for new and existing products.
- Develop reliability, durability, and functional tests on components and systems.
- Design and maintain test fixtures and laboratory equipment.
- Analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams to validate products.
- Develop and optimize quality-control testing methods for manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC or lab testing roles.
- Hands-on experience with lab testing and measurement equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills.
- Fluent English communication.
