Join an interconnect product engineering team developing hardware characterization, embedded software, and production test solutions for advanced interconnect products.
Responsibilities
- Characterize advanced interconnect products and develop their test processes.
- Develop and bring up hardware test solutions for next-generation products.
- Build embedded software capabilities for power components and digital or analog ICs.
- Support hardware bring-up, performance optimization, and production integration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead test innovations that reduce test time and costs while improving product quality.
- Develop software to identify, debug, and resolve production and bring-up issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and mass-production teams to improve yield, test coverage, and capacity.
- Study product behavior across varied system and environmental conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in electronics development or integration.
- Experience developing in Python.
- Experience integrating hardware products and using hardware laboratory measurement equipment.
- Strong programming, hardware/software debugging, and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of silicon photonics, retimers, PAM4, and high-speed communication architectures.
- Familiarity with hardware test development, mass-production testing, and qualification testing.
- Experience controlling ICs and MCUs over I2C using Python.
