Design and execute electrical test boards for IC products, supporting schematic development, component selection, lab validation, debugging, and production implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own electrical specifications, schematic design, component selection, and layout considerations
- Lead lab bring-up and debugging of test boards
- Coordinate with mechanics, signal integrity, layout, DFT, firmware, and testing teams
- Support implementation of testing platforms on the production floor
- Work with automated test equipment for wafer-sort products
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of board design engineering experience
- Experience with digital circuits, power design, and high-speed design
- Project management skills
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering and production teams
Nice to have
- System-level understanding
- Experience with wafer sort and final test
- Familiarity with production environments
