Lead a team of firmware engineers while actively contributing to development of advanced networking features for AI, cloud, and HPC. Work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge hardware and software. Require strong C/C++, data structures, debugging skills, and 2+ years managerial experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of firmware engineers, providing technical guidance and career mentorship.
- Collaborate with architecture and software design teams.
- Implement new features in NIC firmware in pre- and post-silicon environments.
- Develop verification tests for complex firmware testing environments.
- Gain deep understanding of system debug, networking technology, and HW/FW/SW interaction.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of managerial experience.
- 6+ overall years of professional experience.
- Strong C/C++ capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithm fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and independent with strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of network protocols.
- Real time programming experience.
- Experience with Agile methods.
