A fintech software company is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to build, deploy, and maintain scalable digital solutions for finance, payroll, tax, and pension professionals.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of features and system enhancements from concept through production.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on architecture, implementation, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code across the full stack.
Establish unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and database queries.
Support reliable, scalable, and high-quality releases.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core, Node.js, or Python.
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with state management and responsive CSS methodologies.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker; Kubernetes; and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
