Responsibilities

Build, experiment with, and iterate on production-ready software solutions.

Own features from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Prototype solutions and turn ambiguous customer problems into effective products.
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers during discovery and delivery.
Contribute technical insight to product decisions and maintain high standards of customer impact and engineering quality.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software development experience building production-grade software.
Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
Experience owning features or services from design through production.
Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
