Responsibilities
- Own complete product modules from concept through production.
- Build and maintain production data pipelines.
- Design scalable data models and APIs.
- Develop responsive, data-intensive user interfaces.
- Improve performance across the application and data stack.
- Ensure data quality and reliability.
- Create reusable product foundations.
- Own production reliability and safe delivery.
- Lead through hands-on engineering execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and shipping data-intensive production web applications.
- Substantial hands-on experience across frontend and backend development.
- Experience serving as a primary technical driver in a fast-growing startup.
- Strong React, TypeScript, and frontend engineering skills.
- Backend expertise including API design, service architecture, caching, asynchronous processing, and external-system integration.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production ETL or ELT pipelines.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills for large analytical datasets.
- Experience diagnosing and improving performance across the full stack.
- Experience operating applications and data pipelines in the cloud, including CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, logging, monitoring, and production debugging.
- Strong product judgment, communication, and ownership.
