Responsibilities
- Own product development from idea through production, shipping frequently and improving based on feedback
- Make architectural decisions across the stack with attention to scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Work with AI engineers to turn AI capabilities into reliable product experiences
- Use coding agents across the development lifecycle to advance AI-native development
- Understand customer needs, shape product and user experience, and help decide what to build
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience, with strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and TypeScript
- Understanding of event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and distributed systems concepts such as idempotency and fault tolerance
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
- Ability to take ownership and work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience with GCP
