Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI, LLM, and agentic AI technologies
- Build rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and innovative solutions
- Develop intelligent automation for business workflows
- Build RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval systems
- Experiment with AI agents and orchestration frameworks
- Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions
- Design and optimize SQL databases and queries
- Manage development environments, servers, and deployment pipelines
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with frontend development
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Strong Microsoft SQL skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Ability to take concepts through production with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about emerging technologies
Nice to have
- React or Angular experience
- Experience as a solo developer or in a startup environment
