Build product features, implement user interfaces, architect scalable systems, and optimize performance across mobile and web. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead initiatives, and provide technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative application experiences.
- Implement custom user interfaces using modern programming techniques.
- Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance; provide feedback during code reviews.
- Set direction and goals, lead initiatives, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and onboard new team members.
- Architect efficient and scalable systems for complex applications.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues; drive efforts to reduce technical debt.
- Work with various coding languages and technologies.
- Take ownership of components, features, or systems with end-to-end understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming experience in a relevant language.
- Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects.
- Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes.
- Experience building large-scale applications.
- Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Swift, or Kotlin, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
